2021 Annual General Meeting Capital Region Community Tennis Centre Inc. Annual General Meeting Tuesday, February 23 2021 7:00pm Via Zoom
CRCTC is the community-based non-profit organization that operates the Abony Family Tennis Center through its board of directors and senior staff.
We never could have predicted that a few short weeks after our last annual general meeting, we would be closing the center for several months due to COVID-19. It’s been a challenging year as our communities adapt to living with the virus. To ensure the safety of all participants, this year’s meeting will take place through Zoom. To help us coordinate, we are asking anyone who wants to attend the meeting to send an email to abonysecretary@gmail.com. Please confirm your attendance by February 21. A meeting link will be sent prior to the AGM.
The Board of Directors looks forward to sharing the many successes from the past year, as well as, the opportunities for the year ahead! Your support is vital to our success as a tennis community. Board members play a pivotal role in providing guidance, direction and oversight to operations of the facility, as well as, ensuring the CRCTC’s mandate is exhibited throughout all functions.
