Groove & Points

4.0 - 4.5 
Repetition in a controlled environment is key to building confidence and consistency. In this class players will be doing live ball drills with specific goals set by the coach. The lesson will end off with either singles or doubles points started by the coach. Be prepared to hit tons of balls with little rest.
