ABOUT OUR JUNIOR PROGRAMS
Whether you have never played tennis before or are aspiring to be a competitive player, we have designed a pathway for players to achieve their personal goals. Using a game-based approach to coaching, we encourage players to learn technique and fundamental skills while playing games. We continuously monitor all students progress to ensure they have a positive experience.
Our Junior programs are aligned to meet the physical, tactical, technical, and psychological guidelines of Tennis Canada's Long Term Athlete Development model. We believe that success comes from having a strong relationship between coach, player, and parent.

RED BALL (6-8 yrs)
We use low compression balls, smaller courts, and racquets to develop the basic fundamentals and ball controls to learn to serve, rally, and score. Using appropriate equipment and games, kids develop agility, speed, and coordination to build a solid foundation to move on the court.
ORANGE BALL (9-11 yrs)
Whether progressing from Red Ball or starting tennis for the first time, players use a low-compression orange ball and play on a 3/4-size court.
Red and Orange Ball classes are run at the same time on different courts. All the equipment is provided.
Classes run for 4 weeks in June, July and August.
You can register for 4 Mondays or Wednesdays or both in a month.
