This non-competitive and fun format is designed for recreational players to play fun doubles matches against other players of a similar level. Players partnered by the pros to ensure equal level matches. Parents can sit on the court and watch the games.

The aim of the Future Stars Tour is to create a competitive opportunity for U8-U10 junior tennis players by encouraging participation.
The Future Stars Tour is for:
- Players who may have competed in Rogers Rookie Tour Events or are part of a red/orange/green ball program
- Competitors looking to enhance their competitive experience and meet the Long Term Athletic Development (LTAD) competitive criteria

Join the AFTC staff navigating through the haunted house before doing some fun tennis activities. Pizza, refreshments and dessert will be provided before the real fun activities start.

Minor Tennis League
Minor League Tennis provides young players with a team-based recreational playing opportunity and format. There are 16 spots available in each group - red and orange ball. Each week players warm-up and complete basic skill development drills before playing mini scrimmages against each other.
NOTE: This is for any child in our red or orange ball program or who was in a previous red or orange ball program. This play opportunity complements the lessons and is a great the way to introduce kids to play tennis.

NEW! We are hosting our first AFTC junior tournament on the last Saturday of fall junior programs. Juniors play in their appropriate age group and level. This event is open to all juniors in fall 2017 programs. The format is similar to our play days and Rogers Rookie Tour events. The event wraps up with an award ceremony.

We are excited to be offering a new camp format this year. Participants will enjoy the benefit of combining tennis and skating in a fun safe environment. In the tennis portion the main focus will be on skill development and playing points On the ice experienced, advanced skaters will be leading the kids through skating techniques to improve balance, agility and power.
